We are thrilled to announce this unique pop up dinner where you can journey Around the World in 6 Plates with Käse Cheese & Chef Goku, while exploring the most ancient form of milk preservation in local cuisines worldwide - Cheese!
The Story behind the Menu (see menu attached)
Käse cherishes the exploration of places through their food, ingredients, cooking techniques, and stories of origin, while Chef Goku, with a background in renowned Michelin-starred establishments such as Junoon, Aureole, The Clock Tower, Rezdora, and Dominique in New York, as well as Blackbird in Chicago, uses his culinary mastery. Together, we’ll explore the terroir of flavours from 6 handpicked cheeses based on the seasonality of other produce they are paired with.
Get ready to travel around the world, exploring regional dishes and the cultural significance of cheeses, celebrating their place in the culinary fabric of our world.
Pop up dining concept
The Western concept of supper clubs and pop up restaurants is finding its way into the hearts (and stomachs) of Indians and more importantly to our very own Chennai! The idea is to form a great story and experience for the diner. Come experience something new with us where you most likely don't know your hosts, who your fellow diners are or even what to expect out of the afternoon. But by the time the day ends, you are almost certain to return home after a memorable meal, and maybe some new friends too.
